Plummer is providing San Jacinto River Authority with regulatory support during the permit renewal for three of their wastewater treatment plants. Plummer has prepared the TPDES permit applications packages, has reviewed all analytical and whole effluent toxicity data, and is negotiating permit conditions with the TCEQ. The TCEQ drafted permit conditions that provided for unnecessarily burdensome pretreatment program requirements. Plummer prepared technical justifications to document that the permit conditions are not required by applicable rules and guidance. In addition, Plummer is providing ongoing regulatory support as needed, such as review of whole effluent toxicity data, assessment of reclaimed water use options, and assistance in implementing the pretreatment program.
Plummer helps the City of Corpus Christi protect the environment and its wastewater system by producing top-quality applications for discharge permit renewals and amendments for the City’s six wastewater treatment plants.
Plummer has assisted the Trinity River Authority of Texas (TRA) with a multitude of regulatory projects over several decades. One example is the permit amendment application for CRWS.
