Construction Management Services
APAI is a full-service professional consulting firm serving municipal and county governments, water districts and river authorities’ clients since its founding 40 years ago. With multiple offices in Texas and Oklahoma, including Ft. Worth, Dallas, Austin, Corpus Christi, Lubbock, San Antonio, and Oklahoma City, our more than 100 plus employees provide engineering; environmental science; planning; program management; pre- construction; and construction management, inspection/observation, and coordination services.
In 2018, APAI created a specific group to handle Construction Services within the firm that specializes in providing construction related services, including cost estimating, constructability reviews, construction contract administration, part- and full-time inspection, and overall construction management. Our Construction Services Group provides on-call inspection services for clients throughout Texas.
Being part of a full-service engineering firm, our staff members work with our own engineers/scientists on a regular basis, and we are adept at quickly understanding the intents of the designs of other engineers and scientists.
