APAI is a civil and environmental engineering firm.  Water is the focus of the services provided by APAI because we believe that “water is precious.”  Providing engineering and environmental services related to drinking water, wastewater, water reuse, and stormwater involves multiple disciplines such as engineering design, construction, treatment process support, water resource planning, and regulatory support.

To facilitate the needs of APAI, client groups that focus on a particular discipline or geographic area have been formed within the APAI corporate structure.  The APAI corporate structure has five groups.  Within each group are teams that have a more specialized area of expertise that relate to water services.

Treatment Group

The primary disciplines of this group are treatment facility and process evaluations, treatment facility design and construction, and operation assistance for water, wastewater, and reuse water. This group strives to develop and maintain process design knowledge for all aspects of water, wastewater, and reuse treatment that is equal to the latest developments in the industry.
