Led by Alan Plummer, the water reclamation/reuse team is a leader in the state of Texas in reuse as a beneficial use of water. Our firm promotes development of projects in which water can be used for a non-potable source (dual distribution) and appropriate use for augmentation of potable supplies based on providing projects that protect public health and safety.
The reuse team provides specific services to our clients such as determining technological and financial feasibility of reclaimed water, the utilization of natural systems, the impact of introducing reclaimed water to the water supply (through modeling) as well as understanding of advanced treatment methods. We also evaluate new technology such as membrane technology, disinfection technology, and achieving the multiple barrier objectives (detention time, percent blend, and treatment time) that may meet the objectives of our clients.
