Given all the services that one could provide, we submit that “Water Resources” is fundamentally the one area that most directly affects the quality of life and the economic well-being of an area. The State of Texas has been blessed throughout its history with dedicated engineers who plied their trade in the water resource field. We are honored to be in that legion that has dedicated their careers to water resources.
We have found as we have traveled the road over the past quarter century that we continue to need to bring other expertise into our arsenal. At this juncture we can look over our engineers and scientists and note that we provide nearly the entire range of capability in water resources: water quality modeling, planning, design of water and wastewater treatment systems and components and permitting. We also provide specialty services such as water conservation, odor control and abatement, constructed wetland design, drainage master plans and studies, water resource related environmental evaluations, and stormwater study and design.
