The City of Lubbock contracted with Plummer for a new 3 million gallons per day wastewater treatment plant.  The project included a raw water pump station, pretreatment units, biological reactors, membranes, UV treatment, buildings, site work, and paving.  We supported the City during the construction phase with full-service construction management and resident representative services. The project consisted of multiple structures, underground utilities, odor control, storage tank, paving, electrical, SCADA, and site work. The project design included a first-in-the-US combination of surface aerator aeration basins paired with a membrane bioreactor system and is the largest flat sheet membrane bioreactor facility in Texas.
