As Alan Plummer transitions his focus to be more involved in the technical aspects of our projects as well as the overall vision of water resources, both on behalf of our firm and of our profession, he hands the baton of president to Alan Tucker. Austin, Texas – May 12, 2005 – Alan Plummer Associates, Inc. (APAI) announces that Peggy Glass, Ph.D., executive vice – president and principal of the firm, is president of the Texas Water Conservation Association (TWCA). Named by the TWCA Board of Directors, Glass’ position became effective in March 2005. Glass is the first woman to serve as president in the TWCA’s 60-year history. (more)
