Alan Plummer Associates, Inc., began in 1978 in Arlington, Texas. Using the living area as an office and setting up a drafting table in a bedroom, the firm began its operations. Within six years, the firm transitioned its service as primarily a study firm to a study and design firm, with an emphasis on water and wastewater treatment.
The technical capabilities of the firm’s personnel are based on educational backgrounds, professional training, and practical experience in the fields of civil engineering, hydraulics, computer applications, biology, chemistry, as well as field sampling and laboratory analyses of water quality samples.
Major clients for the firm include municipalities, river authorities, and utility districts.
