Alan Plummer Associates, Inc., wins an ACEC 2004 Engineering Excellence Grand Award for the Wetland Water Reuse Project. Alan Plummer Associates, Inc. (APAI), together with CH2MHill and Ducks Unlimited, teamed with Tarrant Regional Water District (District) and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) on a unique water reuse project using natural systems, the first of its kind in the country. Beginning operations in 2002, The Wetland Water Reuse Project is a collaborative effort that augments the District’s water supply while enhancing wildlife habitat.
